This web site is dedicated to the charity relay race that runs from Emsworth to Basingstoke across the Hampshire countryside. The 2019 race was on Saturday 18th May 2019.

The 2020 race on Saturday 16th May 2020 has been cancelled.

It is with great sadness that we have to announce that the 2020 relay has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus lock down. We looked at the option of delaying the relay, but with so many other events being postponed, and the fact that we try to run the event when the trails are relatively clear, we have decided the only option is to cancel for 2020. We will be back in 2021 (date to be confirmed) and will support the same two charities again.

Any entry monies recevied will be returned. Thanks for your understanding and keep safe.

The purpose of the relay (apart from having fun) is for teams to raise money for the years nominated charities (see below) in addition to the race entry fee. A suggested sponsor form is available for download, or you can setup your own JustGiving or similar page.

This years charities are The Cafe Project and the Viables Memory Club:

The organisers would like to thank everyone for the money raised this year. The total collected for the 2019 challenge was £4507 which has been equally divided between the two charities.
