Maps

There are links to gpx files (gps exchange file importable into many different units), crs files (Garmin course files - mainly for the Forerunner series), kml files (if you install Google earth you can get an aerial view of the routes).

To download the gpx or crs files onto your computer right click and select save target as.. and store into your Garmin - or other - directory. You then import the course file to your relevant software. If you need help with any particular software etc. send me an e-mail.

This is the Garmin Forerunner file for the whole course - Emsworth2010.tcx If you look at this how too PDF file it shows how to download, install and use the files - note they will not work on the Garmin 405 as it doesn't have mapping on it.
